BY-LAW NO. 2012- 035
A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 2012-024 AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
WILSON LAWN CARE & SNOW REMOVAL
FOR THE PROVISION OF LANDSCAPING SERVICES
WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law 2012-024 authorize the
execution of and agreement with Wilson Lawn Care & Snow Removal;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is
desirous of amending the agreement for provision of landscaping services on additional
lands.
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the site locations attached hereto as Schedule "A" and forming part
of this by-law between the Municipality of Bayham and Wilson Lawn Care
and Snow Removal for the provision of landscape services for additional
lands be added to the agreement attached to By-law 2012-024.
2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon the final
passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS
5TH DAY OF APRIL 2012.
