A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO.2002-98,BEING A BY-LAW
TO ADOPT A NON-UNION PERSONNEL POLICY
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham passed By-Law No. 2002-98 to
adopt a personnel policy for non-union employees December 19th,2002;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it
necessary and expedient to amend by-law 2002-98, as amended, to alter the current position
of Customer Service Clerk/Receptionist to part-time from the current contract basis:
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Schedule "A-1" of the said Non-Union Personnel Policy be and the same
is hereby amended to remove the words "Currently p/t contract" regarding the
position of Customer Service Clerk/Receptionist, effective April 7, 2012.
2. AND THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS
15th DAY OF MARCH, 2012.
