BY-LAW NO. 2012-020
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE RENEWAL OF
AN EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF
CIVIL MARRIAGE OFFICIANT SERVICES
BETWEEN THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
JACK C. WHARRAM JR.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham did on March 4,
2011 pass By-law 2010-019, to enter into an employment agreement with Jack C. Wharram
Jr.for the provision of civil marriage officiant services for the Municipality of Bayham;
AND WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law 2011-009 renew the agreement
and is desirous of renewing the agreement, for civil marriage officiant services for a further one-
year term;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the employment agreement between the Municipality of Bayham and Jack C.
Wharram Jr.for the provision of civil marriage officiant services be renewed for a further
one year term ending March 14, 2013;
2. THAT in all other respects By-law 2010-019 and the Agreement attached thereto are
hereby confirmed;
3. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 16th DAY
OF FEBRUARY 2012.
