BY-LAW NO.2012-011
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 2012-001
A BY-LAW APPOINTING MEMBERS TO
BOARDS AND COMMITTEES OF THE MUNICIPALITY
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law 2012-001 appoint persons to
Boards and Committees for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend such by-law;
NOW THEREFORE `IRE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT C d G y, c i f J 6 r- fz 1-6 )-,a b a w be added as a member of the Doors
Open committee;
2. THAT in all other respects, By-law 2012-001 is hereby confirmed and remains unchanged;
3. AND THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 26TH DAY
OF JANUARY 2012.
