BY-LAW NO.2011-051
A By-law to repeal By-Law No.378 of the former Village of Port Burwell,being
a By-law to Prohibit the Discharge of Firearms
WHEREAS the former Village of Port Burwell passed By-law No. 378 April 12th, 1982,to
prohibit the discharge of firearms within the Village;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham deems is necessary and expedient to
repeal the said By-law.
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS.
1. That By-law 378,being a By-law to prohibit the discharge of firearms passed by the former
Village of Port Burwell April 12, 1982 be and the same is hereby repealed.
2. This By-Law shall come into force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 16th DAY
OF JUNE 2011.
