BY-LAW 2007-118
A By-Law to amend By-law 2005-108
Being a By-law to Appoint Municipal Officers and Employees
WHEREAS pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001 c.25, as amended, municipalities
may appoint officers and employees as may be necessary for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law 2005-108, and by
subsequent amendments thereto, appoint municipal officers and employees for the purposes of
the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS, the Council of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary and
expedient to further amend By-law No. 2005-108 to appoint municipal officers and
employees for the purposes of the Municipality to reflect various staff changes made.
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT By-law No. 2005-108 as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by
deleting therefrom the Office/Position of"Customer Service Clerk/By-law Enforcement
Officer/Property Standards Officer and Provincial Offences Officer"and the name "Carol
Judd" and inserting the following in Section 1:
"7. Customer Service Clerk/Administrative Assistant- Brenda Gibbons"
2. THAT By-law No. 2005-108 as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by
deleting therefrom the Office/Position of "Chief Building Official/Drainage
Superintendent/Sewage Systems Inspector/By-law Enforcement Officer/Property
Standards Officer and Provincial Offences Officer" and the name "Dwayne Daniel" and
inserting the following in Section 1:
"8. Chief Building Official/Drainage Superintendent/Sewage Systems Inspector/By-law
Enforcement Officer/Property Standards Officer and Provincial Offences Officer -
William Knifton".
3. AND THAT this By-law come into full force and affect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 20TH
DAY OF DECEMBER 2007.
