HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law No. 2007-035 THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM BY-LAW NO. 2007-035 A BY-LAW TO ASSUME AND ESTABLISH LANDS IN THE MUNICIALITY OF BAYHAM AS PART OF THE OPEN PUBLIC HIGHWAY SYSTEM (FULTON STREET AND CENTRE STREET) WHEREAS the former Village of Vienna, now the Municipality of Bayham acquired properties for the purposes of widening the municipal roads known as Fulton Street and Centre Street; AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham desires to establish the said parcels of land as part of the open public highway system of the Municipality pursuant to Section 31(1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, 5.0. 2001, c. 25, as amended. THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. THAT the parcels of land listed below and situated in the Municipality of Bayham in the County of Elgin be and the same are hereby assumed and established as part of the open public highway system of the Municipality of Bayham: (a) Description, Public Highway Parts of Lots 29,30,31, 32 East of Centre Street, Centre Street 8,9,10,11,12, West of Centre Street, 4 West of Union Street,North of Pearl Street, 5 West of Union Street,North of Fulton Street, 7 North of King Street, Plan 54, former Village of Vienna, now Municipality of Bayham, County of Elgin, designated as Parts 1, 2, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14, Plan 11R-118 Parts of Lots 29,30,31, 32 East of Centre Street, Fulton Street 8,9,10,11,12, West of Centre Street, 4 West of Union Street,North of Pearl Street, 5 West of Union Street,North of Fulton Street, 7 North of King Street, Plan 54, former Village of Vienna,now Municipality of Bayham, County of Elgin, designated as Parts 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, Plan 11R-118 2.
