THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM

The regular meeting of the Council of the Municipality of Bayham was held on Thursday,
October 16, 2008 in the Council Chambers. Present were Mayor Lynn Acre, Deputy
Mayor Cliff Evanitski, Councillors Mark Taylor, Wayne Casier and Ed Ketchabaw,
Administrator Kyle Kruger and Deputy Clerk Margaret Underhill.
1. CALL TO ORDER Mayor Acre called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

"THAT Confidential Staff Report L2008-02 be received;
AND THAT staff be authorized to issue a letter of Comment to the OEB regarding
application filed by Union Gas August 1, 2008, as generally outlined in confidential
report L2008-02.
That the Municipality of Bayham issue a letter of support regarding the request by
the Town of Aylmer for Intervenor status in the upcoming Ontario Energy Board
proceedings with respect to Natural Resources Gas Limited (NRG), and in support
of their position.
That staff be authorized to continue discussions with the Town of Aylmer and area
municipalities regarding upcoming franchise agreement discussions.
