Present were Mayor Lynn Acre,Deputy Mayor Cliff Evanitski, Councillors Mark Taylor,Wayne Casier and Ed Ketchabaw, Administrator Kyle Kruger and Clerk Lynda Millard. Planning Co-ordinator Margaret Underhill, Public Works Superintendent Bob Bartlett and Treasurer Suzanna Mantel were in attendance to present their respective reports. 1. Disposition: Motion Carried Unanimously (e) Councillor Ketchabaw requested discussion regarding dust and use of motorized vehicles on the utility corridor. It was noted that brine had been spread to reduce dust concerns. Councilor Casier noted that he has seen an increase in traffic over the last 6— 12 months. He added that the lateral fencing was removed for installation of the wind energy transmission lines and questioned whether all the fence removed had been re-installed. Deputy Mayor Evanitski noted that the Municipality had indicated interest in making portions of the trail in the village areas into streets and questioned the status with the Town of Tillsonburg. Administrator Kruger noted that the lateral fencing was to have been re-installed and advised that staff would check into. He added that access to the transmission lines must be maintained. Additionally,the creation of streets was to have been discussed by the Joint Board,however, the meeting scheduled had been cancelled and the matter was to go directly to Tillsonburg Council. He was unaware whether there had been any decision at this point. He noted that the OPP does not have their own equipment to patrol the corridor making effective enforcement difficult. Deputy Mayor Evanitski commented that an OPP enforcement blitz had been encouraged at the Police Services Board. Council Minutes - 199 - July 19, 2007 9. FINANCE,ADMINISTRATION & PERSONNEL I.
