John Spriet Sr., Spriet Associates provided revised drawings for the proposed washroom
facility and sought input from Council regarding details.
It was agreed that the electrical panel be removed from the current building, however, the
building is not to be demolished at this time. The Bayham Public Works Department will
provide infill soil as required. Mr. Spriet is to investigate the need for a 200 amp service
rather than 100 and determine whether the 200 amp requires a demand meter as this may
result in increased hydro surcharge costs. Outside lighting includes two photocell units on the
rear and three on the front of the building plus one streetlight. Inside lighting will be operated
by photocell; As the facility will also be used as a change room, hangers and benches are to be
included. There will be one outside footwash shower provided with hot and cold water service.
