THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM

The regular meeting of the Council of the Municipality of Bayham was held beginning at 7:00 p.m.on
Thursday, June 3,2004 in Council Chambers. Present were Deputy Mayor Mathew Schafer,Councillors
Mark Taylor,Paul Ens and Cliff Evanitski,Administrator Kyle Kruger and Clerk Lynda Millard. Mayor
Lynn Acre was absent. Councillor Taylor left the meeting at 8:35 p.m.
Fire Chief Sam Taylor and Drainage Superintendent Dwayne Daniel were in attendance to present their
respective reports.
1. CALL TO ORDER Deputy Mayor Schafer called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Little Jerry Creek Municipal Drain be received;
AND THAT Council agrees to proceed and appoints Spriet Associates to make an
examination of the bridge requiring replacement or repair,to schedule an on-site meeting
and prepare a preliminary report for Council's consideration."

"THAT the Council of the Municipality of Bayham hereby grants exemption from Noise
By-law No.2001-57,as amended,submitted by Mr.Brian Hamilton(Country Camping)for
the purpose of allowing musical entertainment after 11:00 pm.,at Country Camping Inc.,
6679 Woodworth Road,for the dates of July 2°d to July 5th,July 30th to August 2°d,and
September 3rd to September 6th,2004,such exemption to permit musical entertainment to
continue at the site until 1:00 a.m. on such dates;
AND THAT Council reserves the right, at its sole discretion,to repeal the exemption at any
time."
