HERITAGE AWARDS PRESENTATION
6:45 p.m.
The regular meeting of the Council of the Municipality of Bayham was held beginning at 6:45 p.m.
Thursday, February 17,2005 in Council Chambers. Present were Mayor Lynn Acre,Deputy Mayor
Mathew Schafer, Councillors Mark Taylor,Paul Ens and Cliff Evanitski,Administrator Kyle Kruger and
Clerk Lynda Millard.
Planning Co-ordinator Margaret Underhill,Public Works Superintendent Bob Bartlett,Fire Chief Sam
Taylor, Treasurer Suzanna Mantel and Water/Wastewater Superintendent Ed Roloson were in attendance
to present their respective reports.
The Administrator and Clerk vacated Council Chambers during discussion of the"In Camera" Session of
Committee of the Whole items 11.1(a)and 11.2(a).
1. CALL TO ORDER& PRESENTATION OF AWARDS
Mayor Lynn Acre called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m. and invited Ross Andrews and Carol
Judd forward and presented an Ontario Heritage Foundation Award and pin to each.
Ross Andrews and Carol Judd were nominated for their extensive research,work and preparation
of material for the Vienna sesquicentennial publication"Vienna Historical Highlights from 1853
to 2003".
The nominations had been forwarded to the Foundation in September 2004 for consideration.
A considerable number of family and friends were on hand to offer congratulations during the
following social time. The meeting reconvened at 7:05 p.m.

Royal Fence is to install the fencing prior to spring crop work. He noted that the installation of
gates is still unresolved and added that the Otter Valley Utility Corridor and Recreation Trail
Board of Management is scheduled to meet the next day at 9:00 a.m.
