HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law No. 2003-085 THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM BY-LAW 2003-085 A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO.2002-98,BEING A BY-LAW TO ADOPT A NON-UNION PERSONNEL POLICY WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham passed By-Law No. 2002-98 to adopt a personnel policy for non-union employees December 19th,2002; AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary and expedient to amend by-law 2002-98 to implement changes to the policy to the Municipal Staff Organization as outlined in confidential staff report H2003-004; NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. THAT subsection iv) under the heading "Senior Staff' of Section 1.9 of the said Non-Union Personnel Policy be and the same is hereby amended by the inclusion of"Fire Chief'for on-call positions. 2. THAT Schedule "A-1" of the said Non-Union Personnel Policy, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended be deleting the position of Administrative Assistant. 2. THAT Schedule "A-1" of the said Non-Union Personnel Policy, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by deleting from within the Notes "and Fire Chief (1092 hours)", and such amendment shall be effective November 3, 2003. 3. THAT the Municipality of Bayham Staff Organization Chart, forming part of the Non-Union Personnel Policy, be amended by deleting therefrom the position of Administrative Assistant. 4. AND THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing. READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 2" DAY OF OCTOBER 2003. oe' Mak PC MAY017 RK
