BEING A BY-LAW TO FURTHER AMEND BY-LAW 2002-063
A BY-LAW AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND DON HORTON
FOR THE PROVISION OF CONTRACTED SERVICES
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed By-law No. 2002-
063 August 15th, 2002, amended by By-law No. 2003-016 passed February 20, 2003 to authorize the
execution of an agreement with Don Horton for the provision of contracted water meter installation
services in the Municipality;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of
extending the subject agreement with Don Horton for an additional period;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Agreement attached as Schedule "A" to By-law 2002-063 between the Municipality
of Bayham and Don Horton for the provision of water meter installation services be further
amended as follows:
Item 2 be amended to read: "The Contractor hereby covenants to perform such
services through to December 31, 2003. "
2. THAT all other terms and conditions of the agreement remain in full force and effect;
3. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon the date of its enactment.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 18Th DAY OF
SEPTEMBER 2003.
