NOTICE OF A DEFERRAL
CONCERNING A PROPOSED
OFFICIAL PLAN AMENDMENT AND
ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT
IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
APPLICANT: 1001484981 ONTARIO INC.
LOCATION: 1 PINE STREET, VILLAGE OF VIENNA
TAKE NOTICE that the Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment Applicatoin
OPA 01/26 and ZBA-13/25 has been deferred on October 1st, 2026 in pursuant to Section 34 of
the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended.
THE EFFECT of the Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment is to permit the
development of the lands in accordance with draft plan of subdivision application 34T-BA2503,
that will contain 3 detached dwellings (one of which is existing), eight semi-detached dwellings,
and four townhouse units, and which includes an area of non-development Open Space.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION relating to the deferred proposed amendment may be obtained at
the Municipal Office.
