THAT Report DS-21/26 regarding the Consent Application E41-26 submitted by Sandy Shore
Farms Limited/Jacob Williams be received;
AND THAT Council recommends approval to the Elgin County Land Division Committee that
Consent Application E41-26 which would facilitate an easement/R.O.W. for vehicular access,
subject to the following conditions and considerations:
1. That the Owner provides a digital copy of a final survey of the subject lands.
2. That the Owner provide confirmation from the County of Elgin respecting road access
approval and/or permitting requirements.
3. That the Owner establish and register a permanent access easement/right-of-way over
the subject lands, to the satisfaction of the Municipality and/or County, and that the
easement be shown on the deposited reference plan.
