Moved by: Councillor Emerson
Seconded by: Councillor Chilcott
THAT presentation Zoning By-law Review Phase One— Initiation, as presented by Jeff Henry,
Arcadis, be received for information;
AND THAT Council comments made during this presentation be considered when moving
forward with the Zoning By-law Review;
AND THAT a Zoning By-law Review- Open House be held on June 25, 2026 at 5:30 p.m.
