Backyard Hen Delegations
Residents Darren Schembri and Kristen Young spoke on the topic of allowing
backyard hens in residential areas. Council provided direction for staff to report back
with further information to consider this.
Award of RFQ 25-02 Supply and Stacking of Winter Sand
Four (4) contractors were circulated RFQ 25-02 for the supply and stacking of winter
sand and only one (1) contractor submitted a formal quote. Johnston Bros Ltd.
submitted a quote for $17.98 per tonne. Council awarded the quote to Johnston Bros
Ltd. and entered into an agreement for a 5 year period.
Development Applications
Two (2) reports regarding zoning by-law amendments were presented and approved:
• ZBA-12/25 Coblents and Stoll 53609 Eden Line
• ZBA-21/25 Municipality of Bayham Residential Maximum Building Height
Regulations Zone R1 and R2
