Request to Amend Conditions of Consent
Consent applications E46-23 to E49-23 were approved by the Elgin County Land
Division in July of 2023 with conditions to be met within two (2) years as per the
Planning Act. The applicants recently submitted correspondence requesting
amendments to two (2) of the conditions which was approved.
2024 Shared Services Report – Building and By-law Enforcement Services
The CAO presented a report to outline the activity within the departments of Building
and By-law Enforcement as part of the Shared Services arrangement between
Bayham and Malahide. The report supports a positive service year for both
departments.
Amendments to Procurement Policy
The CAO presented a report to outline proposed amendments to the Procurement
Policy with supported language from Legal Services that eliminate po tential ambiguity
in the current language regarding the requirement to award a tender. Council
received the report and approved the amending by-law later in the meeting.
