Council Highlights
Award of RFT 01-24 Half-Ton Pickup Truck
Five (5) bids were received to RFT 01-24. Finch Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC
provided the lowest bid and was awarded the Tender at a price of $49,914.50 +HST.
Financial Reports
Five (5) reports were presented from the Treasury department with all being received
for information. The reports were:
2025 Budget Schedule
2023 Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act (PSSDA)
2023 Council Remuneration
2023 Investment Report
2023 Development Charges
Proposed Procedural By-law Updates
Minor edits are required to the Procedural By-law and as such a report was
presented to Council inquiring on other areas that may be of interest to update. Staff
were directed to report back with further information relating to the use of a land
acknowledgment statement and the national anthem at the opening of Council
meetings and the overall functionality of possibly including a consent agenda, moving
closed session, and general agenda heading updates.
