That the Owner enter in to a Development Agreement with the Municipality of Bayham for the installation of an adequate extension of municipal water services and installation of a public fire hydrant to the proposed severed lots to the satisfaction of the Municipality of Bayham. 2. That the Owner enter in to a Development Agreement with the Municipality of Bayham for the installation of an adequate extension of municipal sanitary sewer services to the proposed severed lots to the satisfaction of the Municipality of Bayham. CARRIED The Council Meeting recessed at 7:36 p.m. to hold a Statutory Planning Meeting. The Council Meeting resumed at 7:39 p.m. 14. BY-LAWS A. By-law No. 2025-026 Being a by-law to amend By-law No. 2015-030 being a by- law to define the procurement policies and procedures for the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham Moved by: Deputy Mayor Weisler Seconded by: Councillor Froese THAT By-law No. 2025-026 be read a first, second and third time and finally passed.
