BY-LAW NO. Z803-2025
AGOSTON
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003, AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
h THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule "C" by changing the zoning symbol on the subject lands from "Hamlet
Residential (HR)' Zone to a `Site -Specific Hamlet Residential (HR-19)' Zone, which lands
are outlined in heavy solid lines and marked "HR-19" on Schedule "C" to this By-law, which
schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2i THAT By -Law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Section 9.12 Exceptions — Hamlet Residential (HR) Zone by adding the following clauses:
9.12.19.1 Defined Area
HR-19 as shown on Schedule C to this By -Law
9.12.19.2 Maximum Height
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9.5.1 of this By -Law, the following
shall apply:
Maximum Accessory Building Height of 6.7 metres
9.12.19.3 Maximum Floor Area for Accessory Buildings
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9.7 of this By -Law, the following shall
apply:
Maximum Floor Area for Accessory Buildings of 205.0 mz
i; THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule "C" by changing the zoning symbol on the subject lands from Hamlet Residential
(HR) Zone to Site -Specific Hamlet Residential (HR-19) Zone, which lands are outlined in
heavy solid lines and marked HR-19 on Schedule "C" to this By-law, which schedule is
attached to and forms part of this By-law.
THIS By-law comes into force:
t; Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the
expiration of the prescribed time; or
Il Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the
approval of the Ontario Land Tribunal.
READ A FIRST TIME AND SECOND TIME THIS 17T" DAY OF APRIL 2025.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 17" DAY OF APRIL 2025.
