BY-LAW NO. Z794-2024
BONNEY AND CADMAN
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003, AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend
Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule 'A'
Map No. 3 by changing the zoning symbol on the lands from 'Agricultural (Al)' Zone to a 'Site -
Specific Agricultural (A1-49)' Zone, which lands are outlined in heavy solid lines and marked "A1-
49" on Schedule 'A' Map No. 3 to this By-law, which schedule is attached to and forms part of this
By-law.
21 THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 5.12
Exceptions — Agricultural (Al) Zone by adding the following clauses:
5.12.49.1 Defined Area
Al-49 as shown on Schedule 'A' Map No. 3 to this By-law.
5.12.49.2 Regulations for Accessory Buildings
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 4.2.0.ii) of this By-law, an accessory building with a
Maximum Floor Area of 385.4 m2 shall be permitted. This floor area excludes main farm buildings
such as barns, greenhouses, stables and driving sheds.
5.12.49.3 Regulations for Additional Residential Units
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 4.59.e) of this By-law, an Additional Residential Unit with
a Maximum Gross Floor Area that is 57.1 % (144.4 m2) of the primary dwelling unit (253.1 m2) shall
be permitted.
?l THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the expiration of the
prescribed time; or
5!; Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed
by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario
Land Tribunal.
