A. Proposed Zoning By -Law Amendment to Remove a Holding Symbol ZBA-23/24, 11:28 Properties Inc. The September 5, 2024 Planning Public Meeting was held using hybrid technologies via Zoom and livestreamed on YouTube. PRESENT: MAYOR DEPUTY MAYOR COUNCILLORS STAFF PRESENT: CAO CLERK PLANNING COORDINATOR / DEPUTY CLERK MANAGER OF CAPITAL PROJECTS / WATER/VVASTEWATER TREASURER MANAGER OF PUBLIC WORKS / DRAINAGE SUPERINTENDENT PUBLIC ATTENDEES A: 1. CALL TO ORDER Mayor Ketchabaw called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. ED KETCHABAW RAINEY WEISLER DANFROESE SUSAN CHILCOTT TIMOTHY EMERSON THOMAS THAYER MEAGAN ELLIOTT MARGARET UNDERHILL ED ROLOSON LORNE JAMES STEVE ADAMS N/A 2. DISCLOSURES OF PECUNIARY INTEREST & THE GENERAL NATURE THEREOF No disclosures of pecuniary interest were declared. 3. CHAIRMAN'S REMARKS ON THE PURPOSE OF THE MEETING 4. PURPOSE AND EFFECT OF THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT A. Proposed Zoning By -Law Amendment to Remove a Holding Symbol ZBA-23/24, 11:28 Properties Inc. THE PURPOSE of the By-law is to facilitate the removal of the `h2' Holding Provision on the lands located at Part Lot 22, Concession 8, east side of Plank Road in the Hamlet of Eden, as it relates to the Subdivision Agreement that was approved by By-law 2024-045 on July 18tn, 2024. The subject lands are to be zoned from the `Holding Hamlet Residential (HR(h2))' Zone to `Hamlet Residential (HR)' Zone in the Municipality of Bayham Zoning By-law Z456-2003. THE EFFECT of this By-law will be to satisfy the Conditions of the Subdivision Agreement that was approved by By-law 2024-045 on July 18tn, 2024. 5. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION No participation. 6. CORRESPONDENCE No correspondence. 7. OTHER BUSINESS No other business. 8. ADJOURNMENT Moved by: Councillor Emerson Seconded by: Councillor Froese THAT the Zoning By-law be considered at a future meeting of Council; AND THAT pursuant to the Planning Act requirements, the Public Meeting for Zoning Application ZBA-23/24 is now complete at 8:03 p.m. 90 •: CARRIED CLERK
