BY-LAW NO. Z776-2024
LANKHUIJZEN FARMS LTD.
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003, AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1 THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule
"A" Map No. 11 by changing the zoning symbol on a portion of the lands from Agricultural (Al)
Zone to a Site -Specific Rural Residential (RR-50) Zone, which lands are outlined in heavy
solid lines and marked "RR-50" on Schedule "A" Map No. 11 to this By-law, which schedule is
attached to and forms part of this By-law.
l THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section
7.13 Exceptions — Rural Residential (RR) Zone by adding the following clauses:
7.13.50.1 Defined Area
RR-50 as shown on Schedule "A", Map No. 11 to this By-law
7.13.50.2 Regulations for Accessory Buildings
Notwithstanding the regulation of subsection 7.11.1 of this By-law, the keeping of
livestock shall be prohibited.
Notwithstanding the regulation of subsection 7.11.3 of this By-law, the Maximum Floor
Area for the existing accessory building erected prior to the date of the passing of this
By-law shall be 285.0 square metres.
3;THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule
"A" Map No. 11 by changing the zoning symbol on a portion of the lands from Agricultural (Al)
Zone to a Site -Specific Special Agriculture (A2-20) Zone, which lands are outlined in heavy
solid lines and marked "A2-20" on Schedule "A" Map No. 11 to this By-law, which schedule is
attached to and forms part of this By-law.
AG'I THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section
6.12 Exceptions — Special Agricultural (A2) Zone by adding the following clauses:
6.12.20.1 Defined Area
A2-20 as shown on Schedule "A", Map No. 11 to this By-law.
6.12.20.2 Additional Permitted U
An existing supplementary farm dwelling in the form of one (1) permanent building
erected prior to the date of the passing of this By-law to accommodate seasonal farm
labourers, in addition to all other permitted uses in the A2 Zone.
5:, THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the expiration of
the prescribed time; or
I,) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of
the Ontario Land Tribunal.
READ A FIRST TIME AND SECOND TIME THIS 4T" DAY OF APRIL 2024.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 4T" DAY OF APRIL 2024.
