3. CHAIRMAN'S REMARKS ON THE PURPOSE OF THE MEETING
The Chairman stated the purpose and effect of the proposed amendment.
4. PURPOSE AND EFFECT OF THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT
A. Proposed Zoning By -Law Amendment ZBA-13/23, 11593 Plank Road — MacAloney
THE PURPOSE of this By-law Amendment is to rezone the subject property from `Hamlet
Commercial (HC)' zone to `Hamlet Residential (HR)' to permit and recognize the existing stand-
alone residential dwelling not supported by a commercial use. The subject property is known as
11593 Plank Road, west side and north of Eden Line, in the Hamlet of Eden.
THE EFFECT of this By-law will be to permit and recognize the continued use of the existing
stand-alone residential dwelling not supported by a commercial use.

THAT the Zoning By-law Amendment be considered at a future meeting of Council;
AND THAT pursuant to the Planning Act requirements, the Public Meeting for Zoning By-law
Amendment Application ZBA-13/23 is now complete at 7:37 p.m.
