THAT Report DS-54/23 regarding the Isaac and Maria Froese rezoning application ZBA-
10/23 be received for information;
AND THAT pursuant to Planning Act Regulations Bill 73 Smart Growth for our Communities
Act, 2015, it be pointed out that at the public participation meeting held September 7, 2023
associated with this application, there were no written submissions and no oral presentation
received regarding this matter;
AND THAT all considerations were taken into account in Council's decision passing this
resolution;
AND THAT Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, be further amended by changing
the zoning on a property located in Concession 5 Lot 22, known municipally as a 57268
Calton Line, from Agricultural (Al-A)to Special Agricultural (A2) on the retained lands, and
from Agricultural (All-A)Zone to a Rural Residential (RR) Zone on the severed lands to
permit the severance of a surplus farm dwelling in accordance with Official Plan policies;
AND THAT Zoning By-law No. Z763-2023 be presented to Council for enactment.

A. By-law No. 2023-071 Being a by-law to authorize the execution of an agreement
between the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham and Rail Tech Enterprises Inc.
for the construction of the Vienna Community Park Multi -Use Court
B. By-law No. 2023-072 Being a by-law to amend by-law 2021-037 being a by-law to
prohibit and/or otherwise regulate off -road vehicles (ORVs) on roads within the
Municipality of Bayham
C. By-law No. Z763-2023 Being a by-law to amend By -Law No. Z456-2003, as amended —
