R.Bradfield discovered that the furnace wasn't working. He reported it
immediately to Bayham staff, who had the repairs done. At that time, we
were advised that the furnace was old and would likely need replacing in
the near future. An estimate to replace is $3500. It was moved by
R.Maddox and seconded by J.Woon that we amend our 2012 draft budget
to include $4,000 for the purchase and installation of a new high
efficiency furnace. Motion Carried. It was noted however, that the actual
purchase will be postponed until its necessary. C.Buchanan advised that
the "cold-air intake" also needs inspection when the new furnace is
installed. It was confirmed that the air conditioner is working good and is
only 11 years old.

helped erect the sign using his boom truck. The sign is bolted in place with
braces to prevent lake winds from damaging it. The Port Burwell Historical
