Provide a professional assessment that a primary well and a secondary well location for future replacement can be adequately accommodated on both parcels if needed in the future OR the owner remove the existing sanitary sewer connection from the retained lands and connect the retained lands dwelling to the sanitary sewer line in the Heritage Line right-of-way to the satisfaction of the municipality 2. Rezoning of the retained land to a site -specific R1 zone to permit a reduced lot area and lot frontage 3.
