The November 3, 2022 Committee of Adjustment Meeting was held using hybrid
technologies via Zoom and livestreamed on YouTube.

No disclosures of pecuniary interest were declared.
3. APPLICATION
A. Minor Variance Application A-10/22 — 53881 Maple Grove Line
THE PURPOSE of this variance is to grant relief from Section 7.8 Minimum Front Yard Depth in
the Rural Residential (RR) zone, to permit front yard depth of 13.3 m (43.6 ft) whereas 15.0 m
(49.2 ft) is the permitted minimum. The lands are located at 53881 Maple Grove Line, east side of
Maple Grove Line, north of Heritage Line.
THE EFFECT of this variance is to permit reduced front yard depth to accommodate an addition
to the front of the existing residential dwelling.

7. COMMITTEE QUESTIONS AND DISCUSSION
No questions from the Committee.
8. DECISION OF COMMITTEE (Motions)
Moved by: Committee Member C. Valerie Donnell
Seconded by: Committee Member Susan Chilcott
THAT the Committee of Adjustment Secretary/Treasurer's report DS-58/22 regarding the
Bergen minor variance be received;
AND THAT the Committee of Adjustment considered all written and oral submissions received
on this application, the effect of which helped the committee to make an informed decision;
AND WHEREAS the Committee agrees that the proposed variance as presented meets Section
45.1(1) of the Planning Act and is considered minor;
THEREFORE application A-10/22 by Isaak Bergen pursuant to Section 45 of the Planning Act
for a minor variance, is granted to allow relief from Municipality of Bayham Zoning By-law No
Z456-2003:
Section 7.8 Minimum Front Yard Depth to permit a minimum front yard depth of 13.2
metres (43.3 ft.), whereas 15.0 metres (49.2 ft.) is required in the Rural Residential (RR)
Zone, to accommodate the construction of an addition to the front of the existing residential
dwelling at 53881 Maple Grove Line.
