ANNOUNCEMENTS Mayor Ketchabaw announced that next week is Fire Prevention Week and this year's theme is "Fire Won't Wait — Plan Your Escape". There will be an open house at the Straffordville Fire Hall on Tuesday, October 11th from 7 — 9 pm and an open house at the Port Burwell Fire Hall on Wednesday, October 12th from 6:30 — 8:30 pm. Installation of a municipal sanitary sewer connection to the severed lot at the applicants' cost for permits and installation 3. Provide engineered storm water management, drainage and grading plans showing the lot will not have a negative drainage impact on the abutting lands 4. That the applicant initiate and assume, if required, all engineering costs associated with the preparation of a revised assessment schedule for the Eden Line West Branch Drain in accordance with the Drainage Act, RSO 1990, as amended, with a deposit to be paid in full to the Municipality prior to the condition being deemed fulfilled. If the deposit does not cover the costs of the revised assessment schedule, the applicant will be billed for any additional costs incurred. 5.
