A. Minor Variance Application A-09/22 MacArthur – 29 Edison Drive, Vienna
THE PURPOSE of the variance is to grant relief from Zoning By-law regulations in Section
4.2 c) and 4.2 d) to permit an accessory building to be located in the front yard and to permit
an accessory building closer to the street than the main building is to that street whereas
the proposed location would not be permitted, for lands located at 29 Edison Drive, west
side and south side of Ann Street, in the village of Vienna.
THE EFFECT of this variance will be to permit a new accessory building (garage) to be
located on the east side of the property which is considered the front yard and would be
closer to Edison Drive than the dwelling due to lot configuration and existing dwelling
location.

NOTICE OF A PUBLIC MEETING
CONCERNING A PROPOSED
MINOR VARIANCE
IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
APPLICANT: JAMES AND STACEY MACARTHUR
LOCATED AT: 29 EDISON DRIVE, VIENNA
TAKE NOTICE that the Municipality of Bayham has received a completed application
for a proposed Minor Variance (A-09/22).
AND TAKE NOTICE that the Committee of Adjustment of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Bayham will hold a public meeting on Thursday, October 6, 2022, at 6:45
pm to consider a proposed Minor Variance to Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003 under
Section 45 of the PLANNING ACT.
THE PURPOSE of the variance is to grant relief from Zoning By-law regulations in Section

make a written request to the undersigned.
