BY-LAW NO. Z742-2022

BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003, AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, under Section 36 of the Planning Act, as amended;
THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule
"H" Vienna, by deleting from the Holding Village Residential (R1(h2/h3)) Zone and adding to
the Village Residential (R1) Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked R1 on
Schedule "H" Vienna to this By-law, which is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
21 THIS By-law shall come into force on the date of passing.
READ A FIRST TIME AND SECOND TIME THIS 2nd DAY OF JUNE 2022.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 2nd DAY OF JUNE 2022.
