BY-LAW NO. Z737-2022

BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003, AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend Zoning By-law No. Z737-2022, as amended;
THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule
"D" Eden, by deleting from the Holding Hamlet Residential (HR(h2)) zone and adding to the
Hamlet Residential (HR) Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked HR on
Schedule "D" Eden to this By-law, which is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2) THIS By-law shall come into force on the date of passing.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 17th FEBRUARY 2022.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 17th FEBRUARY 2022.
