4. ANNOUNCEMENTS
Councillor Chilcott noted the Bayham Historical Society is hosting a vaccination clinic on
Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at the Edison Museum. By appointment only. Councillor Chilcott
also noted there is a Sweetheart Skate being held Saturday, February 12, 2022 at the
Straffordville Community Rink from 7-11 pm.
Councillor Donnell noted the Port Burwell outdoor rink is open.

Expansion be received for information;
AND THAT a Public Comment period be commenced on February 8, 2022, ending
February 24, 2022, to ascertain public input on the Straffordville Community Centre
schematic plans.

Reconsideration of Council Resolution to Sell Vienna Community Centre be received for

AND THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham respectfully
declines their request to:
• reconsider the resolution passed at the January 20, 2022 meeting to proceed with
the sale of the Vienna Community Centre via Municipal Realtor; and,
include the matter of the Vienna Community Centre sale as a ballot question during
the 2022 Municipal Election;
