Z735-2021 ANDERSON/SMITH BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003, AS AMENDED WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended. THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows: 1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 8.13 Exception — Estate Residential (ER) Zone by modifying the Maximum Floor Area according to the following clauses: 8.13.9.2 Re ulation for Accessory Buildings Maximum Floor Area: 207 m2 Minimum Front Yard Setback: 15.0 m Notwithstanding Section 4.2 c), up to one (1) accessory building is permitted in the front yard. Notwithstanding Section 4.2 d), up to one (1) accessory building is permitted closer to the front of the lot than the main building. 2) THIS By-law comes into force: a} Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or b'} Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal.
