Jerry and Julie Peters The September 16, 2021 Statutory Planning Meeting was held virtually via Zoom and livestreamed on YouTube. VALERIE DONNELL DANFROESE SUSAN CHILCOTT THOMAS THAYER BRENDA GIBBONS MARGARET UNDERHILL LORNE JAMES HARRY BARANIK DISCLOSURES OF PECUNIARY INTEREST & THE GENERAL NATURE THEREOF No disclosures of pecuniary interest were declared. 3_ CHAIRMAN'S REMARKS ON THE PURPOSE OF THE MEETING The Chairman stated the purpose and effect of the proposed amendment. 4_ PURPOSE AND EFFECT OF THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT A. Zoning Application submitted by Jerry and Julie Peters THE PURPOSE of this By-law is an amendment to add a site -specific exception in the Estate Residential (ER) zone to the provisions of Section 8.10.2 Regulations for Accessory Buildings to permit an accessory building of 257.8 m2 (2775 sq.ft) whereas the maximum permitted accessory building area is 55.0 mz (592.0 sq.ft.) on a lot with an area of 3.8 ha (9.3 acres) located in an Estate Residential (ER) zone in Zoning By-law Z456-2003. The subject lands are located at 8875 Culloden Road, west side, north of Heritage Line. Statutory Planning Minutes - Zoning September 16, 2021 THE EFFECT of this By-law will be to permit an oversized accessory building for use as a workshop, personal vehicle maintenance and storage of personal and recreation vehicles. 5.
