Councillor Chilcott announced the Bayham Historical will be taking part in the Talbot Trail of Yard Sales Saturday, August 21, 2021 from 8:00 a.m. — 1:00 p.m. at the Vienna Memorial Park C. Councillor Donnell extended a thank you to the Municipality on behalf of Bayham Beachfest Committee for permitting the fireworks display held on the Civic holiday D. Mayor Ketchabaw advised Elgin County Council approved the Municipality of Bayham Official Plan Amendment No. 26 application which deals with Partial Services in the Village of Straffordville, and Hamlet of Eden E. Mayor Ketchabaw advised Elgin County Council elected not to proceed with implementation of Development Charges for the County of Elgin. 5. DELEGATIONS A.
