regulate and control noises until midnight for July 30 and 31, 2021 with rain date of
August 7 and 8, 2021 be approved;

Council may revoke said approval as required;
AND THAT organizers of the event must ensure all public health guidelines and
provincial regulations are adhered to during the event.

the Municipality's Sale of Surplus Municipal Lands Policy;
AND THAT Staff be directed to draft and issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for
architect services for the Straffordville Community Centre project.
