Section 34(22) of the Planning Act,R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 13
I, Margaret Underhill, Deputy Clerk and Planning Coordinator hereby certify that the notice for
By-law No. Z643-2015 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed by the Council
of the Corporation on the 1St day of October 2015 was given in the manner and form and to the
persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section 34
of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 27th day of October 2015 and to this
date, no notice of objection has been filed under Section 34(19)by any person in the office of the
Clerk.
By-law No. Z643-2015 is in full force and effect.

THE CORPORATION OF THE

BY-LAW NO. Z643-2015
RINGLAND
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003, AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section
6.12 Exception - Special Agriculture (A2) Zone by adding the following clauses:
6.12.11.1 Defined Area
A2-11 As shown on Schedule "A", Map No. 8 to this By-law.
6.12.11.2 Minimum Lot Frontage
132.0 metres
2) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule "A", Map No. 8 by removing lands from the Agricultural (A1) Zone and changing
these lands to the Special Agricultural (A2-11)Zone,which lands are outlined in heavy solid
lines and marked A2-11 on Schedule "A"to this By-law, which schedule is attached to and
forms part of this By-law.
3) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section
7.13 Exceptions - Rural Residential (RR) Zone by adding the following clauses:
7.13.27.1 Defined Area
RR-27 As shown on Schedule "A", Map No. 8 to this By-law.
7.13.27.2 Minimum Lot Area
0.3 hectares
4) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule "A", Map No. 8 by removing lands from the Agricultural (A1) Zone and changing
these lands to Rural Residential (RR-27)Zone,which lands are outlined in heavy solid lines
and marked RR-27 on Schedule"A"to this By-law,which schedule is attached to and forms
part of this By-law.
5) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the expiration
of the prescribed time; or
b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval
of the Ontario Municipal Board.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 1st DAY OF OCTOBER 2015.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 1st DAY OF OCTOBER 2015.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 1st DAY OF OCTOBER 2015.
