1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Ketchabaw called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
2. DISCLOSURES OF PECUNIARY INTEREST & THE GENERAL NATURE THEREOF
Councillor Froese declared pecuniary interest in Item 10.1.1-A as the application deals with his
lands.
3. REVIEW OF ITEMS NOT LISTED ON AGENDA

THAT Section 6.15.1(K) of the Municipality of Bayham Procedural By- law be suspended
for the duration of the May 20, 2021 Meeting of Council due to the functional abilities of
the electronic meeting platform.

4. ANNOUNCEMENTS
May 20, 2021
Mayor Ketchabaw noted that although certain restrictions are being lifted the Province is still
under a Stay -At -Home Order. He asked that everyone use common sense, continue to mask
and not to gather in large groups. He wished all a safe and enjoyable long weekend.

THAT the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham approve the 2020
Financial Statements;

AND THAT the Mayor be authorized to sign the 2020 Audit Findings Letter;
AND THAT the CAOICIerk and Treasurer be directed to sign the 2020 Management
Representation Letter.

THAT Report DS-32/21 regarding the Harms rezoning application be received for
information;
AND THAT pursuant to Planning Act Regulations Bill 73 Smart Growth for our
Communities Act, 2015, it be pointed out that at the public participation meeting held May
6, 2021 associated with this application, there were no written submissions and no oral
presentations regarding this matter and that all considerations were taken into account in
Council's decision passing this resolution;
AND THAT Zoning By-law Z456-2003, as amended, be further amended by changing
the zoning on the lands owned by Timothy and Samantha Harms identified as
Concession STIR Lot 124 from Agricultural (Al) to site -specific Agricultural (A1-35) Zone
to permit a maximum of three supplementary farm dwellings in the form of two mobile
trailers and one permanent building to accommodate a maximum of eighteen (18)
seasonal farm labourers;
AND THAT Zoning By-law Z726-2021 and By-law 2021-033 be presented to Council for
enactment.

(This by-law follows the recommendation in Report DS-32121 by Margaret Underhill,
Deputy Clerkl Planning Coordinator during the regular meeting of May 20, 2021)
b By -Law No. 2021-033 Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Development
Agreement between Timothy and Samantha Harms and The Corporation of the
Municipality of Bayham (This by-law follows the recommendation in Report DS-32121 by
Margaret Underhill, Deputy Clerkj Planning Coordinator during the regular meeting of
May 20, 2021)
