The purpose of the public meeting is to consider an application to
change the zoning on a parcel from the Rural Commercial (RC)
and Agriculture (A1) Zones to a Rural Residential (RR) and Rural
Residential Exception (RR-28) Zones
The effect of the by-law will be to permit the construction of a
single detached dwelling and to permit a lot frontage of 47m
instead of 50m for the existing dwelling subject to Consent
Application E46/15.

CONCERNING A PROPOSED
ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT
IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
APPLICANT:BERKEL HOLDINGS
TAKE NOTICE that the Municipality of Bayham has received a complete application for a Zoning
By-law amendment.
AND TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham will hold a
public meeting on Thursday,October 15"‘,2015 at 7:30 p.m.in the Municipal Council Chambers
in Straffordville to consider a proposed Zoning By-law amendment under Section 34 of the
PLANNING ACT.
THE PURPOSE of this By—lawis to change the zoning on a 4.0 hectare (9.88 acre)parcel of land,
from the Rural Commercial (RC)and Agriculture (A1)Zones to a Rural Residential (RR)and Rural
Residential Exception (RR-28)Zones in Zoning By-law Z456—2003.The subject lands are located
on Part Lot 15,Concession 10,on the south side of Green Line,west of Elliot Road and known
municipally as 56129 Green Line.
THE EFFECT of this By-law will be to permit the construction of a single detached dwelling and
to permit a lot frontage of 47 m instead of 50 m for the existing dwelling.Subject to Consent
Application E46/15.
ANY PERSON may attend the public meeting andlor make a written or verbal representation in
support of or in opposition to the proposed amendment.
IF A PERSON OR PUBLIC BODY does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make
written submissions to the Municipality of Bayham before the by-law is passed,the person or
public body is not entitled to appeal the decision of the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Bayham to the Ontario Municipal Board.
IF A PERSON OR PUBLIC BODY does not make oral submissions at a public meeting,or make
written submissions to the Municipality of Bayham before the by-law is passed,the person or
public body may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Ontario Municipal
Board unless,in the opinion of the Board,there are reasonable grounds to do so.
IF YOU WISH to be notified of the adoption of the proposed amendment,you must make a written
request to the undersigned.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION relating to the proposed amendment may be obtained at the
Municipal Office.
