Mayor Ketchabaw called the public meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
2_ DISCLOSURES OF PECUNIARY INTEREST & THE GENERAL NATURE THEREOF
No disclosures of pecuniary interest were declared.
3. CHAIRMAN'S REMARKS ON THE PURPOSE OF THE MEETING
The Chairman stated the purpose and effect of the proposed amendment.
4. PURPOSE AND EFFECT OF THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT
A. Zoning Application submitted by J. Stewart
THE PURPOSE of this By-law is to is remove the Holding (h2) provisions on five (5)
residential lots with a combined land area of 1.4 ha (3.4 acres) located on Part Lot 21,
Concession 9, on the west end of Eden along Eden Line, west of Plank Road, in the
Hamlet of Eden from the Hamlet Residential Holding (HR(h2)) Zone to the Hamlet
Residential (HR) Zone in Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003
THE EFFECT of this By-law will be to is to remove the Holding (h2) provisions on five (5)
