Mayor Ketchabaw called the public meeting to order at 7:42 p.m.
2. DISCLOSURES OF PECUNIARY INTEREST & THE GENERAL NATURE THEREOF
No disclosures of pecuniary interest were declared.
3. CHAIRMAN'S REMARKS ON THE PURPOSE OF THE MEETING
The Chairman stated the purpose and effect of the proposed amendment.
4. PURPOSE AND EFFECT OF THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT
A. Zoning Application submitted by Rob Vanwynsberghe, 55963 Calton Line
THE PURPOSE of this By-law is to change the zoning on a 0.1 m (1 ft2) portion of the
lands from a Rural Residential (RR) Zone to a site specific Agricultural (A1-12) Zone, in
Zoning By-law Z556-2003. The lands are located on the south side of Calton Line, east of
Bogus Road.
THE EFFECT of this By-law will be to rezone severed lands consistent with the merged
lands, at 7254 Bogus Road, to fulfill conditions of Consent E36/20.
