BY-LAW NO. 2020-082
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE
THE EXECUTION OF AN APPLCIATION (GENERAL)
TO RELEASE ANY AND ALL INTEREST
(Part of Lot 21 Concession 11 and Part Road Allowance between Con 10 and 11
being PARTS 3 & 411R-7005) being all of PIN 35340-0231 (LT)
WHEREAS Section 8 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.0.2001,c.25, as amended, provides that a
municipality has the capacity, rights, powers and privileges of a natural person for the
purpose of exercising its authority under this or any other Act;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of
releasing its interest in the property known as Part of Lot 21, Concession 11 and Part Road
Allowance between Concession 10 and 11, Municipality of Bayham, being Parts 3 & 4 11 R-
7005 being all of PIN 35340-0231 (LT), to Cornelius Hiebert (also known as Neil Hiebert) and
Eva Hiebert as an administrative process pertaining to a title defect correction;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute the Application
(General) attached hereto as Schedule "A" and forming part of this by-law to release
the Municipality's interest in Part of Lot 21 and Part Road Allowance between
Concession 10 and 11, Municipality of Bayham, being Parts 3 & 411 R-7005 being all
of PIN 35340-0231 (LT) to Cornelius Hiebert (also known as Neil Hiebert) and Eva
Hiebert;
2, AND THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 15t' DAY OF
OCTOBER, 2020.

082 passed on October 15, 2020 by The Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham, the Municipality has released all its Interest in the PIN
35340-0231, 1 state unequivocally and In accordance with the attached By -Law No. 2020-082 that there are no other outstanding
interests existing In the matter.

Attached is a copy of the Application (General) to remove the "subject to the interest of the Municipality" for your
information.
We had to change the Application (General) because Mr. Kocheff decided to close the sale/purchase on October 291h
and not October 30 as we had intended. We actually received the signed paperwork from you after the deal closed.
The change is that we inserted Mr. and Mrs. Hiebert's names as owners and registered it. Hopefully they don't send it
back for any reason. O
