Mayor Ketchabaw called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

A. Straffordville Hall Foundation (SHF) presentation to the Municipality of Bayham of a
donation to the Straffordville Community Centre Capital Reserve
Straffordville Hall Foundation member Marni Wolfe presented a cheque in the amount of
$8,000 to the Municipality towards the Straffordville Community Centre Capital Reserve.
The Mayor thanked the Straffordville Hall Foundation for the dedication to the
community.

A. Report DS-61/20 re Consent Application E27/20 Emberson — Lot Addition

THAT Staff Report DS-61/20 regarding Consent application E27/20 Emberson be received
for information;
AND THAT Council supports and recommends to the Elgin County Land Division
Committee that Consent Application E27/20, submitted by Mike and Kimberly Emberson be
granted subject to the following considerations and conditions:
1. Digital Copy of the final survey
2. Letter of Undertaking from a solicitor/lawyer confirming the severed lands from 5-
7 Erieus Street will merge on title with the lands at 8 Robinson Street
3. Owners of both the retained lands at 5-7 Erieus St and the merged lands at 8
Robinson St apply to the Municipality to obtain the necessary zoning by-law
amendments
4. Owner provide a designated parking space for the Second Dwelling Unit located
on the proposed severed lands at 8 Robinson Street
5. Owners at their own expense and approvals, disconnect the municipal sanitary
sewer and water services from 5-7 Erieus Street to the cottage and reconnect the
Second Dwelling Unit to services at 8 Robinson Street
6. Planning report fee payable to the municipality
