BY-LAW NO. Z714-2020
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003, AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Section 5.12 Exceptions — Agricultural (Al) Zone by adding the following clauses:
7.12.37.1 Defined Area
Al-38 as shown on Schedule "A" Map No. 4 of this By-law.
7.12.37.2 Permitted Uses
Animal Kennel use, in addition to all other permitted uses in the Al Zone.
7.12.37.3 Additional Requlations for Kennel Use
Maximum building floor area for the Animal Kennel: 121 m2
Maximum outdoor fenced area for the Animal Kennel: 375 m2
2) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule "A" Map No. 10 by changing the zoning symbol on the lands from Agriculture
(Al) Zone to site -specific Al (A1-38) Zone, which lands are outlined in heavy solid lines
and marked Al-38 on Schedule "A" Map No. 4 to this By-law, which schedule is
attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the
time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the
expiration of the prescribed time; or
b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the
approval of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal.

READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 1st DAY OF OCTOBER
