Amendment Application — Reimer Zoning By -Law No. Z705-2020

THAT Report DS-48/20 regarding the Reimer rezoning application be received for
information;
AND THAT pursuant to Planning Act Regulations Bill 73 Smart Growth for our Communities
Act, 2015, it be pointed out that at the public participation meeting held March 5, 2020
associated with this application, there were no written submissions or oral presentations
regarding this matter and that all considerations were taken into account in Council's
decision passing this resolution;
AND THAT Zoning By-law Z456-2003, as amended, be further amended by changing the
zoning on the lands owned by Isaac Michael and Annie Reimer identified as Plan 22 Part
Lots 27 & 28 from Hamlet Residential (HR) and Agriculture (A1) Zone to site -specific
Hamlet Residential (HR-10) Zone on the retained parcel as per Consent Application
E75/19;
AND THAT Zoning By-law Z705-2020 be presented to Council for enactment.

Construction Inc. for the construction of the Straffordville Library Lift Addition as outlined
within RFT 20-03.

Reimer (This by-law follows the recommendation in Report DS-48120 by Margaret

C. By -Law No. 2020-062 Being a by-law to authorize the execution of an agreement with PK
Construction Inc. being an agreement respecting the completion of RFT 20-03
