Report DS-48/20 by Margaret Underhill, Deputy Clerk/Planning Coordinator re Zoning Amendment Application — Reimer Zoning By -Law No. Z705-2020 Moved by: Councillor Donnell Seconded by: Deputy Mayor Weisler THAT Report DS-48/20 regarding the Reimer rezoning application be received for information; AND THAT pursuant to Planning Act Regulations Bill 73 Smart Growth for our Communities Act, 2015, it be pointed out that at the public participation meeting held March 5, 2020 associated with this application, there were no written submissions or oral presentations regarding this matter and that all considerations were taken into account in Council's decision passing this resolution; AND THAT Zoning By-law Z456-2003, as amended, be further amended by changing the zoning on the lands owned by Isaac Michael and Annie Reimer identified as Plan 22 Part Lots 27 & 28 from Hamlet Residential (HR) and Agriculture (A1) Zone to site -specific Hamlet Residential (HR-10) Zone on the retained parcel as per Consent Application E75/19; AND THAT Zoning By-law Z705-2020 be presented to Council for enactment. Report CAO-29/20 by Paul Shipway, CAOICIerk re Agreement Renewals Moved by: Councillor Donnell Seconded by: Councillor Chilcott THAT Report CAO-29/20 re Agreement Renewals be received for information; AND THAT staff be directed to bring forward a by-law to enter in an Agreement with Hillside Kennels Animal Control Ltd. for the provision of Canine Control Services; AND THAT staff be directed to bring forward a by-law to enter in an Agreement with Ramona Peidl for the provision of Janitorial Services; AND THAT staff be directed to bring forward a by-law to enter in an Agreement with Johnston Bros. (Bothwell) Ltd. for the provision of Winter Sand, Supply, Delivery & Stacking; AND THAT staff be directed to bring forward a by-law to enter in an Agreement with Johnston Bros. By -Law No. 2020-060 Being a by-law to authorize the execution of an agreement with Green Stream Lawn & Vegetation Management Inc. for Phragmites Roadside Spraying. 2020 Council Minutes June 18, 2020 B. By -Law No. Z705-2020 Being a by-law to further amend By -Law No. Z456-2003 — Reimer (This by-law follows the recommendation in Report DS-48120 by Margaret Underhill, Deputy ClerklPlanning Coordinator during the regularmeeting of June 18, 2020) C. By -Law No. 2020-062 Being a by-law to authorize the execution of an agreement with PK Construction Inc. being an agreement respecting the completion of RFT 20-03 Straffordville Library Lift Addition Moved by: Councillor Donnell Seconded by: Councillor Chilcott THAT By-law No. 2020-060, 2020-062 and By-law No. Z705-2020 be read a first, second and third time and finally passed.
