I, Margaret Underhill, Planning Coordinator and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the notice for
By-law No. Z713-2020 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham Read a First and
Second and Third Reading and finally passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 16th day
of July 2020 was given in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by regulations
made by the Lieutenant Governor -in -Council under Section 34 of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20-day objection period expired on the 6th day of August 2020 and to this
date, no notice of objection has been filed under Section 34(19) by any person in the office of
the Clerk.
By-law No. Z713-2020 is in full force and effect.

BY-LAW NO. Z713-2020
BAYHAM HISTORICAL SOCIETY
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003, AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule "H" Vienna by changing the zoning symbol on the lands from Central Business
District (Cl) Zone to site -specific Institutional (1-6) Zone, which lands are outlined in
heavy solid lines and marked 1-6 on Schedule "H" Vienna to this By-law, which schedule
is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Section 24.10 Exceptions — Institutional (1) Zone by adding the following clauses:
24.10.6.1 Defined Area
1-6 as shown on Schedule "H" Vienna to this By-law.
24.10.6.2 Minimum Front Yard Depth
3.7 metres
24.10.6.3 Additional Regulations for Accessory Buildings
Notwithstanding Section 4.2 c) the existing accessory building is
permitted in the exterior side yard.
3) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the
time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the
expiration of the prescribed time; or
b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the
approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.

READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 16th DAY OF JULY 2020.
