1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Ketchabaw called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m. and asked those in attendance
for the meeting to announce their name and contact information to the Secretary/Treasurer to
be included in the minutes.
2. DISCLOSURES OF PECUNIARY INTEREST & THE GENERAL NATURE THEREOF
None.
3. APPLICATIONS
A. Minor Variance Application A-01/20 A & A Fehr
THE PURPOSE of the variance is to grant relief from Section 5.2 — Permitted Uses in
the Agricultural (Al) Zone on a 33.5 ha (82.7 acres) parcel of land located in Part Lot 6,
Concession 9 on the east side of Culloden Road, north of Eden Line, and known
municipally as 11010 Culloden Road.
THE EFFECT of this variance will be to permit a maximum of two (2) mobile homes to a
maximum combined floor area of 135 m2 (1,450 ft2) as supplementary farm dwellings
on an agricultural lot in accordance with Section 2.1.10 of the Official Plan. A Minor
Variance for supplementary farm dwellings is subject to a Development Agreement.

8. DECISION OF COMMITTEE (Motions)
Moved by: V. Donnell
Seconded by: S. Chilcott
THAT the Committee of Adjustment Secretary -Treasurer's report DS-28/20 regarding the Fehr
minor variance be received;
AND THAT the Committee of Adjustment considered all written and oral submissions received
on this application, the effect of which helped the committee to make an informed decision;
AND WHEREAS the Committee agrees that the proposed variances as presented meet
Section 45.1(1) of the Planning Act and are considered minor;
THEREFORE application A-01/20 submitted by Abraham and Anita Fehr, pursuant to Section
45 of the Planning Act for minor variance, is granted to allow relief from Municipality of Bayham
Zoning By-law Z456-2003:
Section 5.2 Permitted Uses - to permit a maximum of two (2) supplementary farm
dwellings in the form of mobile trailers with a maximum combined floor area of 135 m2
(1,450 ft2) to accommodate a maximum of twelve (12) seasonal farm labourers at
11010 Culloden Road subject to the owner/applicant entering into an agreement with
the Municipality
Condition: Development Agreement to be executed within 60 days of the minor
variance approval.

01/20 A & A Fehr be adjourned at 6:50 p.m.;

circulated by the Secretary/Treasurer accordingly.
